Important information about your journey

Before you pack and leave for the airport, we strongly recommend that you read about the regulations concerning baggage, hand luggage and changes/cancellation. We have collected some links to this information:

Cancellation and changes

Flexible journeys may be cancelled or changed up to two hours before departure. If a journey is not cancelled or changed at least two hours before departure, it will not be possible to change the journey or to obtain a refund for the journey.

A journey consisting of more than one stretch on the same day is considered to be one continuous journey and any changes or cancellations must be made for the whole journey at least two hours before departure.
