We offer flights to suit our customers’ individual needs. Tickets are no longer necessary, but you can book and pay for these products quickly and easily on-line. Contact our offices or your travel agent for other flights, holidays, special offers etc.

Flights on economy class:

Economy flexible: The flight may be purchased right up until departure and can both be changed and refunded up to two hours before scheduled departure. Children between 2-11 years of age pay 50 percent of the adult fare, whilst infants under two years of age pay 10 percent of the adult fare. The flight may be upgraded to business class at a charge. Bookings can be made for domestic flights in Greenland and flights on routes between Greenland and Denmark.  Max. baggage allowance is 20 kilos.

Economy, restrictive: This product is up to 40 percent cheaper than economy flexible. However, certain restrictions apply:
It is not possible to book economy non-flexible flights on helicopter routes or on flights to/from Upernavik and Qaanaaq.
It is not possible to change the flight or to obtain a refund.
Children between 2-11 years of age pay 50 percent of the adult fare, whilst infants under 2 years of age pay 10 percent of the adult fare. The flight may be upgraded to business class at a charge. Bookings can be made for domestic flights in Greenland and flights on routes between Greenland and Denmark respectively. Max. baggage allowance is 20 kilos.

Travellers on business class:

Business, flexible: This product - also called “Nanoq-Class” – is only available on routes between Greenland and Denmark. The flight may be changed and it is refundable up to two hours before departure. There is also a series of advantages, such as a baggage allowance of up to 30 kilos – also on connecting domestic flights in Denmark and Greenland, And your luggage is given first priority, so it arrives first on the baggage carousel. Business, restrictive: The product is similar to the flexible, but you cannot change your flight or get a refund.

Helicopter routes to settlements: Special restrictions apply to helicopter flights to settlements. The flight must be booked at least 24 hours before departure and the same restrictions as for Economy flexible apply. There are no child or senior rebates, although children between 2-11 years of age and seniors (60+) are given 50 percent rebate on the route between Qaanaaq and Pituffik. Infants under two years of age fly free of charge on all helicopter routes to settlements.

Senior Discount: Up to now our travellers over sixty years of age were offered 50 percent senior discount of the adult fare. The fixed discount ends on all routes in the commercial areas and instead we have established a seperate type of fare for pensioners and persons over the age of sixty. The ticket is restrictive and will be available in a limited number on selected  departures in the commercial area. Notice to get the senior discount in the quick search you must select Senior (60+) on the front page. This is because it now is a seperate product and not a discount given.
There can not be a search at Senior Prize, along with other passenger types in the same search, for example. adults or children.
These must be booked in a separate search and booking.
