We want to accommodate the special requirements of our handicapped passengers and our services are at your disposal
Wheelchair users: A wheelchair, upon which the passenger is dependent, is carried free of charge and must be checked-in with the baggage. The wheelchair must be packaged so that is does not get damaged or cause damage to other baggage. Whilst the wheelchair is packaged, a wheelchair may be borrowed at the airport. If you are a wheelchair user, please give us plenty of advance notice so we can be ready to assist you at the airport.
Blind: A blind passenger with a guide dog may bring the dog onto the aircraft, but the dog must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle. The dog may not occupy a seat or block the aisle. If required, an application must be made for a permit to bring the dog to or from Denmark. Please contact us well in advance so we can ensure you have a problem-free flight.
Medication: Remember to pack necessary medication in your hand luggage. If you require extra oxygen during the flight, please contact us well in advance of your flight.
