Passengers travelling on our business class have a baggage allowance of up to 30 kilos of luggage (and a further 8 kilos hand luggage). This does not only apply to flights between Greenland and Denmark, but also on your connecting flights on domestic routes in Greenland and Denmark. Furthermore, your luggage is given priority, so that it arrives on the luggage carousel before other luggage.

Business class travellers may use the centrally-situated Novia Business Class Lounge at the airport in Copenhagen. Here, you can work and relax in pleasant surroundings. There are newspapers, magazines and refreshments free of charge.

We welcome you on board the aircraft with a glass of champagne or juice – and a smile. In addition, you receive a fresh newspaper and a small bag with a travel kit once you are settled.

There is plenty of space on business class, and the seats are wide, comfortable and smart. If you fly on our Airbus 330, you will have your own video screen. The headset has inbuilt volume control and an active noise reduction system. The wide armrest of the seat contains a table that may be folded out in two sizes and turned to the side when you want to leave your seat. There is a control panel in the side of the armrest so you can adjust leg, head and back rests.

On Norsaq Airbus 330-200 we offer in-seat power source for your laptop computer on Nanoq Class. This requires an adapter.

Service on board is fast, forthcoming and friendly. We offer you refreshments, aperitifs and drinks during the flight and you may order anything you need. We carry an exclusive selection of soft drinks and spirits on board!

We serve delicious cold and hot meals, tasty desserts and temping chocolates – and choice wines.

For travellers on business class the allowance is 30 kilos – and one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 8 kilos with max. dimensions 50 x 40 x 23 cm and weighing max. 8 kilos. This hand-luggage must be presented at check-in where it may be weighed. You will be given a date-stamped tag.
