Covid-19: Read about special terms and conditions for rebooking restrictive tickets here

Air Greenland offers two different classes, Economy and Business, and two different ticket types, Restrictive and Flexible. Which class and type you should choose, depends on your needs and travel behavior.

"Takuss Best price Restrictive" is a separate ticket type and can only be booked on selected departures. Same rules applies as Economy restrictive, except that all legs must be flown i.e. no-show is not permitted. If you miss a departure, the remainder of the trip will be cancelled.

Restrictive or Flexible?

We recommend a flexible ticket, if you prefer a flexible departure date, that can be changed or refunded prior to 2 hours before departure if you plans change. If you have a fixed travel date and don't expect any changes, a restrictive ticket would be the right choice for you. You can not change the names of the passengers.

Economy Restrictive can be upgraded to Business Restrictive and can't be refunded. If you cancel the ticket, only the airport fees will be refunded. A restrictive ticket is the cheapest alternative.

You can upgrade your ticket via our online self-service ’My Ticket’. If you request your upgrade via Customer Service an additional fee of 300 DKK applies.

You can upgrade your ticket online free of charge up to 2 hours before departure. Depending on seats and extra catering, it is also possible to upgrade to Business Restrictive at the airport check-in desk for DKK 3500.

Takuss Best Price Restrictive can't be upgraded to Business.

Prior to two hours before departure you can change the departure date/-time, or refund the entire amount, if you cancel the ticket. You can either log on to our website and do the changes yourself, or you can contact us or your local travel agency. You will be charged a refund fee on the amount of DKK100.
