Who is eligible for the discount? 

The discount applies to families who book and travel together:

  • Minimum of 2 people who are related and book as one group.

How to book:

  • Click “Submit an inquiry.” 
  • Fill in the auto-generated email with your desired travel dates (outbound/return), destination, departure location, and contact details for all travelers.
  • Greenland Travel will always contact you for final confirmation before booking your trip.

Conditions

  • Offer applies only to private leisure travel. 
  • The trip must be a round trip and include at least one weekend. 
  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed. 
  • The discount applies only to Takuss tickets, and prices depend on demand and seat availability. We recommend booking early to secure the lowest price. 
  • Offer applies only on Air Greenland’s own route network.  
  • Tickets with family discount apply to flights only and cannot be combined with other services from Greenland Travel, such as accommodation, excursions, or package tours.
  • In addition, tickets with family discount cannot be booked by phone through Greenland Travel. They must be requested directly on Air Greenland’s website.
  • Offer applies only on Air Greenland’s own route network.  
  • The offer is valid only for families, defined as individuals with a close or documented familial relationship. See Family Relationships for examples of which relations are included.
  • When booking, please specify the nature of the family relationship.
  • You may be asked to provide documentation of the family relationship when purchasing the trip, such as a certificate of residence, marriage certificate, birth certificate, proof of guardianship, or similar documentation. In case of misuse, the trip will be forfeited.
  • No child discount is offered, as the Family fare is already reduced.
  • If you wish to select a seat in advance, it costs DKK 75 per seat, per way.
