Recordings onboard

Application for permission to record images, video, or audio onboard Air Greenland's aircraft. Filming and photographing Air Greenland's crew as well as recordings onboard one of Air Greenland's aircraft require a photo permit. 

You can apply for a photo permit by filling out the form below. The form is reserved for journalists, filmmakers, and all other types of media enterprises.

Conditions

The following conditions apply to all with a photo permit onboard Air Greenland's aircraft:

 

  • Recordings in the cabin may only take place when the captain has given permission, and the cabin crew and passengers have given written consent.

 

  • The film crew must coordinate with the cabin crew before the recordings begin.

 

  • The captain's instructions must always be followed. The captain can refuse recordings at any time, even if the photo permit has been granted by the communications department.

 

  • Photo equipment must not be attached to the aircraft or aircraft equipment without the crew's acceptance.

 

  • Strong heat-generating equipment, such as projectors or other light sources, must not be used in the aircraft or near the aircraft.

 

  • All lithium batteries must be in hand luggage and comply with the restrictions applicable to regular traveling passengers.
  • Recordings in the cabin may only take place during the journey, not during takeoff and landing.

 

  • It is not allowed to film other passengers without their permission.

 

  • Film equipment must not include transmitter/receiver.

 

  • Photo equipment and the photographer must not block the way or be a nuisance to the cabin crew or other passengers.

 

  • The photo permit must be presented if requested.
