Day 1: Welcome to Greenland – Arrival in Nuuk (Wednesday)

You arrive in Greenland’s capital in the late morning, where our local representative will greet you. After checking in at Hotel Hans Egede Express, you have time to settle in and enjoy the feeling of having arrived. In the afternoon, you can join a guided city tour to gain insight into Nuuk’s history, modern culture, and everyday Greenlandic life. The evening rounds off with dinner at one of the city’s cozy restaurants – perhaps with views of the fjord.

Day 2: Culture and Culinary Experiences in Nuuk (Thursday)

After breakfast, you can visit the Nuuk Art Museum and Katuaq Cultural Centre, where you’ll explore Greenlandic contemporary art and architecture. In the afternoon, you might go for a hike to the viewpoint at Lille Malene or browse the city’s shops. Day 3: Wonders of the Fjord – Boat Trip, Fishing, and Dinner in Qooqqut (Friday)

Today offers an unforgettable boat trip through Nuuk’s majestic fjord system. You’ll glide past icebergs, steep mountainsides, and perhaps even whales, while enjoying the silence and grandeur of the landscape. The excursion includes a “Catch & Eat” experience, where you’ll fish for cod or redfish yourself.

Afterwards, the journey continues to beautifully located Qooqqut, where the evening concludes with a dinner based on the day’s catch. You’ll dine overlooking the fjord and mountains, enjoying Greenlandic hospitality and tranquility far from the city’s pace. After dinner, you return to Nuuk by boat.

Day 4: Camp Kangiusaq – Wilderness and Tranquility (Saturday)

In the morning, you’ll head out by boat to Camp Kangiusaq, where you’ll stay in comfortable glamping tents in the middle of nature. The day offers peace, fishing, hiking, and powerful outdoor experiences. The evening features a communal dinner and cozy atmosphere.

Day 5: Back to the City – Contrasts and Comfort (Sunday)

After a calm morning at the camp, you return by boat to Nuuk. The rest of the day is free – perhaps for a walk along the fjord or well-deserved relaxation at the hotel.

Day 6: Settlement Life and History – Excursion to Kapisillit or Qoornoq (Monday)

Day 8: Farewell to Greenland – Departure (Wednesday)

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Nuuk. You’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Billund, bringing home memories of mountains, fjords, and Greenlandic hospitality.
